This is what I meant by "the better you want, the more you have to pay".

What it means by "fine tune" is, you only pay for what you want and need to use. The bare basic is you will get the room. If you need aircond, you have to pay. If you want to watch TV, you have to pay. If you need towel, you have to pay, etc. So, this is called "fine tune".

Bankfield House in Wolverhampton, used to be an office block that also housed the control room for City's traffic management and CCTV systems. It has in more recent times been converted into a Travelodge hotel. I've no idea why Travelodge have mounted the signage in this vertical attitude?
